MARK BOEGE
Mark was born and raised in Minneapolis, and is a Navy Veteran who served this country from 1985 to 1988 and went on reserve until 1992. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, and from there, he began building his knowledge of the crating and packaging industry. As Chief Sales Officer of the company, Mark is an expert in all things to do with crating and shipping, and is certified in Dangerous Goods Packaging and Shipping. In his free time, he loves doing woodwork and has crafted many fine pieces of furniture, just for the fun of it.

MICHELE JOHNSTON
Michele was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from Minneapolis Business College in 1989. With over 30 years of experience in export crating and government packaging, she has the know-how to handle every aspect of the business. Michele also has excellent customer service skills and is very much loved by our customers. Michele loves spending time at her family cabin, four-wheeling, and cooking up delicious food when she can get away.
Head of Sales
DENNIS HERNANDEZ
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dennis has over 30 years of experience in the crating industry. As Head of Sales, he is the go-to person for clients of Midwest Crating Unlimited. Dennis is a great communicator and excellent at helping customers determine their crating and packaging needs. For fun, Dennis enjoys golfing and loves to spend time with his family at their cabin up North. He is also a die-hard Vikings fan!
Operation and Production Manager
RICH JOHNSTON
Rich has over 15 years of experience in the export crating industry and is a graduate of St. Paul Technical College, Carpentry program. He manages the team responsible for designing and fabricating our custom crates and other packaging solutions. Rich is well-liked by his team, as he lends an air of personability to his guidance of the staff on job assignments. An avid outdoorsman, he loves four-wheeling, golf, and fishing.
